Create small topics from content you have already checked in trusted medical resources. Treat generated questions as prompts for recall, not as authoritative clinical guidance.

If a question appears ambiguous or incorrect, verify it outside QuizScreen before reinforcing the answer.

Protect the hard part of the session

Block distracting apps during question-bank review, incorrect-answer analysis, and spaced-repetition sessions. Use a timed unlock for planned breaks rather than leaving the app open indefinitely.
